Spin City, located on the bustling Whiteladies Road, offer a pole fitness class, with optional add-ons of burlesque, chair dance plus the choice to choreograph a bespoke routine to your favourite song!
The session begins with a comprehensive warm up; follows by a lesson in pole tricks, spins and Floorwork moves, which choreographs into a routine of your choice; and finishes with a performance from the group and presentation of certificates.
All this for only £15 - £20 per person for groups of 4-35 people!
