Not impersonal like chain hotels. Feel that this hotel is so unique. I liked the artwork around the hotel and in room. It’s comfortable, convenient and central. Has everything I need. The bed was comfortable and bathroom great. Tea and fruit in the room, perfect. My favorite hotel in Bristol!
