 Clifton Hotel Front of HouseBegin working on individual shifts. Become fully confident with, and competent in, all areas of reception work.  8 Weeks
 DEC Clifton Hotel Front of HouseWorking closely with assistant manager whilst still doing reception shifts. Will be shown how to do banking, commision checks, sales ledger and to compile the KPIs. 4 Weeks
 End of Dec  GRADUATE REVIEW  
 JAN Clifton Hotel Front of House Continue with assistant manager duties by running this month's reception team presentation. Attend a weekly hotel team meeting. 3 Weeks
 JAN Clifton Hotel House Management
Spend time with house manager. Become familiar with room attendant log. Help prepare presentation, rotas, room checks and KPIs. 1 Week
 FEB Head Office Central OperationsIntroduction to recruitment, interviews, training, rentals, and general HR administration.2 Days 
 FEB Clifton Hotel Front of HouseWork one night porter shift, covering the current night porter. Prepare next month's rota. Attend the assistant managers meeting at Head Office
 4 Weeks
 FEB Head Office Sales & MarketingIntroduction to group reservations, corporate rates, show-arounds, marketing and loyalty cards. 2 Days
 MAR Clifton Hotel Racks Bar and Restaurant Gain experience in breakfast, bar and restaurant shifts. Learn about KPIs, stock control, rota planning and suppliers. 1 Week
 MAR Rodney Hotel Front of House Be ready and able to cover assistant manager's holiday. Attend team meeting and financial meeting at Head Office.  3 Weeks
 End of Mar   GRADUATE REVIEW
