P.O.S.H is a charming, laid back and friendly restaurant offering the best in Modern British Cuisine.
With a new, young team leading it, P.O.S.H is offering a fresh perspective on modern dining whilst maintaining their AA Rosette standards. The food is always varied, fresh and local, but possibly most importantly in today’s current situation, reasonably priced.
We are currently running an offer exclusive to our guests of a free glass of wine or a beer when a Starter and Main course are purchased. We have also started taking Christmas party bookings and are offering five free bottles of wine when a group of twenty or more book before 31st October.
The restaurant itself has been modernised whilst still keeping many of its original Georgian features, including a working open fireplace and large sash windows that run the entirety of one wall of the room. During the day this bathes the room in natural light whilst at night diners can look out onto our attractive sculpted front garden.
P.O.S.H bar is an inviting cosy room overlooking the beautiful, walled garden below. Those who would prefer a lighter meal can either cuddle up by the fire in the bar or when the weather is good, soak up the sun in our secluded garden. Whatever you are after, be it a formal sit down dinner or a themed birthday party, we have the team to make it a night to remember.
Please note POSH will be closing from 5th until 8th January for refurbishment. Food will still be available in the bar and through room service.
